Key Responsibilities:
• Client Consultation & Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, helping them navigate the buying, selling, or renting process.
• Property Listings & Marketing : Assist clients in listing their properties, creating marketing materials, and managing property listings.
• Market Research & Analysis : Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive listings to provide accurate advice to clients.
• Negotiation : Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and terms of agreement to secure the best deals for clients.
• Showings & Open Houses : Conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
• Documentation & Paperwork : Ensure all necessary legal and contractual documentation is completed accurately and timely.
• Networking & Lead Generation : Proactively seek new clients, build a referral network, and generate leads through various channels.
• Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the buying/selling/renting process, ensuring clients are informed and satisfied.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Real estate license (or willingness to obtain one) may be required, depending on the region.
Compensation:
• Stipend: A fixed monthly stipend to help cover expenses during the initial phase of training and business development.
