Job Description

A Property Consultant is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties. The role involves providing expert advice, conducting market research, and facilitating property transactions while ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients. The Property Consultant will be expected to build and maintain strong client relationships, identify market trends, and stay up to date with property regulations and market conditions.

Key Responsibilities:



Client Consultation:

Meet with clients to understand their property needs and requirements, providing expert guidance and advice.

Property Listings:

Source and maintain a list of properties for sale or rent, including residential, commercial, or industrial properties.

Market Research:

Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and neighborhood dynamics to offer informed advice to clients.

Property Viewing:

Organize and conduct property viewings for potential buyers or renters, highlighting features and benefits.

Negotiation:

Negotiate prices and terms between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants, ensuring both parties reach an agreement that is beneficial.

Transaction Facilitation:

Assist clients with all necessary documentation, including contracts, agreements, and legal procedures, ensuring all transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering personalized services and following up on leads.

Marketing and Advertising:

Promote properties through online listings, social media, and networking to attract potential buyers or renters.

Market Analysis:

Provide clients with market insights, helping them make informed decisions based on current market conditions.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure that all property transactions comply with local regulations and industry standards, including RERA or any other relevant bodies.

Sales and Targets:

Meet or exceed sales targets by actively generating leads and closing deals.

Post-Sale Support:

Provide after-sale services, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns that may arise post-transaction.

Skills & Qualifications:



Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar role within the real estate industry. In-depth knowledge of property laws, market trends, and the real estate industry. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects efficiently. Familiarity with property listing platforms, real estate software, and CRM tools. Valid real estate license (as per local regulations, such as RERA in Dubai). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and real estate management software. High ethical standards and a professional approach to client interactions.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
