Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Property Consultants / Real Estate Agents to join our off plan, secondary and leasing Teams in Dubai. The successful candidate will guide clients on market trends and manage the buying, selling, and leasing of properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain client relationships, offering expert advice throughout the property transaction process.
• Conduct research to stay updated on market trends, property values, and developments. Provide clients with accurate market evaluations.
• Handle property sales and leases by arranging viewings, negotiating offers, and closing deals. Ensure compliance with all legal and company standards.
• Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts, including developers, investors, and other brokers. Attend industry events to expand your network.
• Deliver exceptional service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Ensure high client satisfaction and follow-up.
• Work with team members to share insights, client leads, and best practices. Contribute to team goals and support junior members when needed.
• Manage documentation and paperwork for transactions, keeping records organized and compliant with legal standards.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years in UAE real estate preferred. Freshers with strong interest in real estate are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English. Familiarity with real estate software and CRM systems is a plus.
• Relevant degree or certification in real estate, business, or related field preferred.
