Job Title: Property Consultant - Dutch/French Speaker

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for Dutch and French-speaking clients, providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.
• Property Presentation: Showcase and present properties to clients, highlighting key features and benefits, and conducting property tours as needed.
• Market Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market trends, property values, and competitive offerings in the UAE.
• Sales & Negotiation: Facilitate property sales and rentals, negotiate terms and conditions, and ensure successful closure of deals.
• Documentation: Assist clients with the preparation and submission of necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Networking: Build and maintain a network of clients, property owners, and other real estate professionals to generate leads and referrals.
• Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials aimed at the Dutch and French-speaking communities.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch or French (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Proficiency in English is also required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand and cater to client needs.
• Knowledge: Good understanding of the UAE real estate market and legal requirements.
• Availability: Immediate joiners are preferred.
