Property Consultant/agent

Job Description
- Present properties and provide amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants.
- Act as a landlord for property owners and help them navigate the property market.
- Business development to identify new property listings \xc2\xb7 Manage a portfolio of listings that you have ascertained.
- Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials.
- Determine the needs, living standards, and economic viability of prospective customers.
- Confirm rental application data and personal references stay knowledgeable of the property market status.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties\xe2\x80\x99 value
- Provide information on all aspects of properties (expansion, zoning, etc).
- Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals.
- Other duties assigned by the reporting manager.
- Graduate degree in any field
- Minimum of 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Real Estate
- Knowledge on real estate process
- Working knowledge of Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and Internet.
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Real estate agent\xe2\x80\x99s or broker\xe2\x80\x99s license
- Preferable to have a valid UAE driving license.
- Available to start work immediately.
- RERA qualified preferred
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
