Job Title : Property Consultant

:

• Assist clients in buying and selling properties, ensuring their needs are met at every step.
• Provide insightful advice on market trends, pricing, financing options, and legal requirements to empower informed decision-making.
• Organize and conduct property viewings, effectively presenting real estate solutions
• Negotiate terms and facilitate transactions to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the local Real Estate market and neighbourhood developments.

Requirements :

• Experienced in Real Estate market or relevant sales position.
• Fluency in Hindi is a must.
• Strong communication and sales negotiation skills.
• Experience with Developer is a added advantage.
• Track record of Successful Real Estate journey.
• Valid driving license required.
