Qualifications:
In depth knowledge of property management's regulations and its financial aspects.
Target driven with proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.
Has broad clients' network and professional affiliations.
Enthusiastic at work with effective negotiation skills.
Customer focus, with strong communication and presentation skills.
Valid real estate agent/broker license.
BS Degree in related field.
Responsibilities
• Manage all aspects of the assigned properties.
• Design strategic plans for properties portfolio to suit customers' needs.
• Generate new business leads to potential clients and to ensure maximum profitability in return.
• Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial or sales targets' performance.
• Manage clients' inquiries effectively and uphold long - lasting relationships.
• Develop a broad database of clients and update sales records.
• Responsible for the efficient and cost-effective operation of all properties.
• Collect receivable and handle operating expenses.
• Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements.
• Analyze variances and evaluate market trends.
• Update job and market knowledge.
