We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our high-performing team. Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate high-quality leads through outbound calls to potential clients.
2. Qualify leads by understanding their real estate needs, budget, and timeline.
3. Provide information on available properties, market trends, and real estate services.
4. Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
5. Guide clients through the real estate buying or selling process, closing deals effectively.
6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
7. Stay informed about current real estate market trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications and Skills:
1.Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
2.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3.In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust.
5. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
6. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.

Education and Experience:
1.High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
2. Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or real estate sales is advantageous.

Benifits:
1. Salary plus commission of the deal closed or direct lead.

Note:
Own Visa is preferable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
