We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Property Consultant to join our team. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with tailored real estate solutions.

Assess the client's preferences and financial capabilities to identify suitable recommendations.

Furnish information on legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability.

Meet revenue targets established by the management.

Ensure comprehensive documentation of all client information.

Stay abreast of market trends and adhere to best practices.

Offer guidance to sellers and buyers in the marketing and acquisition of property at optimal prices and terms.

Analyse clients' needs and financial capacities to propose tailored solutions.

Facilitate negotiation processes, advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters to ensure fair and transparent transactions.

Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate the value of properties.

Showcase and promote real estate to potential buyers.

Prepare essential paperwork, including contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements.

Oversee property auctions or exchanges.

Update listings of available properties.

Collaborate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, and home inspectors.

Establish networks and collaborate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors.

Boost sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
