Job Summary

Join our dynamic and fast-growing team as a Property Consultant in Dubai's competitive Off Plan Market! In this role, you'll work closely with both buyers and sellers, offering expert guidance, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth transactions from start to finish. If you have strong communication skills, a deep knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, and a proven record of closing deals, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a robust relationships with representatives from property developers.
• Conduct thorough market research to attract and engage potential investors and buyers.
• Provide expert advice to clients on properties, including features, amenities, and potential return on investment.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to secure property sales.
• Organize and conduct property viewings, valuations, and facilitate negotiations to ensure successful transactions.
• Stay updated on market trends, industry regulations, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns for property listings.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, contracts, and interactions within the CRM system.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships for repeat business.

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in UAE's real-estate industry (mandatory).
• Proven track record of success in off plan real estate sales (mandatory).
• Candidates that possess a valid driver's license and own transportation will be highly preferred.
• RERA certification or RERA knowledge preferred (optional).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
