Overview:
Join our dynamic team at Koshan Development & Investment as a Property Consultant. We are seeking a motivated Female Professional with 2-4 years of experience in real estate to provide expert guidance to clients on property investments and facilitate transactions in the vibrant UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in identifying their property needs and preferences.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information on available listings.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of UAE market trends, property values, and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to property transactions.
• Promote properties through various marketing channels, including social media and open houses.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in real estate in the UAE.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Gender : Female
• Languages : English and Arabic (preferred)
