Property Consultant

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in resale transactions, strong market knowledge, and exceptional sales and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Sales:

Identify and engage potential buyers and sellers in the secondary property market.

Market Research:

Stay updated on property prices, trends, and emerging investment opportunities.

Transaction Management:

Handle end-to-end resale transactions, from client onboarding to deal closure.

Negotiation & Closing:

Secure the best deals for clients, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.

Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate laws and company policies.

Networking & Lead Generation:

Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and buyers.

Reporting & Performance Tracking:

Maintain accurate records and provide regular sales updates.

Requirements:

Proven Sales Record:

Demonstrated success in secondary market real estate transactions.

Real Estate Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Dubai's secondary market.

Language Skills:

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or Russian is a plus.

Industry Certifications:

RERA certification is preferred.

Sales & Negotiation Expertise:

Strong ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Self-Motivated & Target-Driven:

Ability to work independently and exceed performance goals.

Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills:

Confident in working with high-net-worth clients and investors.
