With the ever-evolving property market in the UAE, employees are required to keep updated with the latest property trends and changes in the laws to be able to accurately advise their clients.Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their financial goals, preferences, and unique circumstances. Conduct thorough assessments of their financial profiles to determine mortgage eligibility and affordability.
• Mortgage Guidance: Educate clients about various mortgage options, interest rates, terms, and repayment plans. Offer personalised recommendations that align with their financial situation and homeownership objectives.
• Application Assistance: Assist clients in completing mortgage applications accurately and efficiently. Gather all necessary documentation and ensure compliance with lending requirements.
• Lender Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with a variety of lenders, banks, and financial institutions. Negotiate favorable terms, interest rates, and financing solutions on behalf of clients.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with current mortgage market trends, interest rate fluctuations, and regulatory changes. Provide clients with insights into how these factors might impact their mortgage decisions.
• Pre-Qualification and Pre-Approval: Guide clients through the pre-qualification and pre-approval process, helping them understand the importance of obtaining these documents before embarking on their property search.
• Transaction Support: Collaborate closely with our brokers to ensure a seamless and efficient home buying process. Address any mortgage-related questions or concerns that may arise during the transaction.
• Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with clients, agents, lenders, and other relevant parties throughout the mortgage application and approval process. Keep all stakeholders informed about progress and potential challenges.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all mortgage-related documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with industry regulations. Adhere to privacy and confidentiality standards when handling sensitive financial information.
