Responsibilities:

• Prospect and cultivate leads through networking, cold calling, and marketing strategies.
• Conduct market analysis to estimate property values.
• Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties.
• Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
• Negotiate contracts and terms and conditions of sales.
• Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents, and disbursement of funds.
• Develop marketing materials to advertise properties.
• Stay knowledgeable about local real estate market trends and developments.
• Maintain and update listings of available properties.
• Provide guidance and assist buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
