Property Consultant
Job Description
: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Consultant to join our dynamic team at Blue Shark Real Estate LLC. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the real estate industry and must hold a valid UAE driving license .
Key Responsibilities :
• Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties.
• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value.
• Stay updated with real estate laws, and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements :
• Proven experience as a Property Consultant (minimum 1 year).
• In-depth understanding of the real estate market, particularly in Dubai.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong sales and customer service abilities.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of another language is a plus
