We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Manager

to join our team at

Sobha Realty

in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, building strong relationships with brokers, and developing strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, a deep understanding of the Dubai property market, and the ability to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales performance to meet and exceed monthly targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs). Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Deliver exceptional client service by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processes. Attend networking events, property launches, and industry conferences to expand the client base.

Qualifications & Skills:

1-3 years of experience

in

off-plan real estate sales

in Dubai. Strong expertise in working with

brokers and HNIs

to drive business growth. Excellent

negotiation, communication, and interpersonal

skills. In-depth knowledge of the

Dubai real estate market

and investment landscape. Ability to

work under pressure

and achieve sales targets within deadlines.

Bachelor's degree

in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Fluency in multiple languages

is a plus.
