Commission-Based Property Consultant (No Basic Salary)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Property Consultant

to join our team on a commission basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert advice and market insights. This role is entirely commission-based, offering unlimited earning potential based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation:

Identify client needs and provide tailored property solutions.

Property Listings:

Source and list properties for sale or rent through various channels.

Market Research:

Stay updated on real estate trends, pricing, and legal requirements.

Lead Generation:

Prospect, network, and follow up on potential buyers, sellers, and renters.

Site Visits & Viewings:

Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective clients.

Negotiation & Closing Deals:

Mediate between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable terms.

Documentation Support:

Assist clients in legal and financial aspects of property transactions.

Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently. Knowledge of the local property market and real estate regulations. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, based on client needs. Own vehicle and driver's license (preferred).

Compensation:

100% commission-based with

high earning potential
