Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Property Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and a passion for customer service. The Property Consultant will work with clients to understand their needs, offer advice, and provide property solutions that match their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction:

Meet with clients to discuss their property needs, preferences, and investment goals. Provide expert advice on property values, market trends, and neighborhood dynamics. Understand clients' financial situations and guide them through available financing options, if applicable.

Property Listings:

Source, list, and manage available properties for sale or rent. Conduct property viewings and show clients the features and benefits of properties. Negotiate deals and facilitate the purchase or rental process.

Market Research & Analysis:

Keep up to date with the local real estate market, property values, and legal requirements. Conduct research on market conditions, and provide clients with updated market insights.

Sales & Negotiation:

Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing. Negotiate property prices, terms, and agreements with buyers and sellers. Ensure that transactions are completed smoothly and in a timely manner.

Customer Service:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Provide after-sales support and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction. Address client concerns and queries in a professional and timely manner.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and transactions. Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts, documentation, and legal paperwork.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, or related fields. Strong understanding of the real estate market, property laws, and financial terms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and prioritize tasks. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. A valid real estate license (if required in the location) and/or relevant certifications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. A customer-focused attitude and a passion for real estate.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in property management or investment consultancy. Familiarity with real estate platforms and CRM software. Bilingual or multilingual skills can be an advantage.
