This is a full-time on-site position for a Property Consultant at PAD Properties in Dubai. The Property Consultant will be responsible for consulting with clients in both the Off-Plan and Secondary Market sectors, effectively communicating property options, delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and leveraging expertise in the real estate market.

Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate, with a minimum of 1 year in a sales or customer service role.
Proven success in selling both off-plan and secondary market properties within the Dubai market.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals effectively.
In-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, including key areas and luxury property trends.
Proficient in marketing properties through various channels, including online portals such as Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder.
Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate software for managing leads, tracking sales, and maintaining client relationships.
Skilled in conducting property viewings, presenting properties effectively, and addressing client queries professionally.
Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
Knowledge of RERA rules and regulations, particularly Trakheesi, ensuring compliance with Dubai's real estate laws.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a genuine passion for real estate.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules.
Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
Availability to start immediately.
