Job Description

Client Consultation:

Advise clients on property options based on their needs and preferences. Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Market Research:

Stay up to date with the latest property market trends, including pricing, demand, and available properties in the region.

Property Sales & Leasing:

Assist in buying, selling, leasing, and renting residential and commercial properties. Negotiate the best possible deals for clients.

Property Showings:

Conduct property viewings and accompany clients on site visits.

Documentation & Contracts:

Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and related documents in accordance with legal regulations and company policies.

Lead Generation:

Identify and follow up on leads to build a solid customer base.

Networking:

Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, other consultants, and industry professionals.

Customer Service:

Provide after-sales support and maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.

Marketing & Promotion:

Assist in promoting available properties through various platforms (online listings, social media, etc.), and ensure effective marketing strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar role in real estate. Strong understanding of the local property market, trends, and regulations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build relationships with clients and industry professionals. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Knowledge of property management and legal aspects of real estate transactions. Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate software (CRM tools, MLS systems, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field. Experience in both residential and commercial property sectors.
