Property Consultant - Real Estate

We are hiring Property Consultants who can provide expert advice to clients on real estate investments, sales, and leasing. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to grow within the real estate industry and a proven ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and close deals. We offer training, support, and a commission-based model for those who are new to the industry, and competitive salaries for experienced candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted advisor to clients by helping them make informed decisions regarding property purchases, sales, and rentals. Identify new business opportunities and develop a strong pipeline of clients through networking and referrals. Provide detailed and accurate property information to clients. Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the sales process. Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide continuous support throughout the transaction process. Negotiate deals effectively to ensure favorable outcomes for clients and the company. Ensure all legal, compliance, and financial requirements are met for property transactions. Stay up-to-date on the latest market trends, property values, and new developments in Dubai's real estate sector. Meet sales targets and performance expectations.

Eligibility Criteria:

For Experienced Candidates (2+ Years in Real Estate):

A minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales in Dubai, with a solid understanding of the local market and property laws. Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of Dubai's property market and legal frameworks. Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for real estate. UAE Driving License is advantegeous.

For Freshers or Candidates with Commission-Based Experience:

No prior experience required, though prior exposure to sales or commission-based work will be an advantage. Motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to learn about the real estate industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work on commission-based income with an entrepreneurial mindset. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and ambitious to succeed in the real estate industry. Full training and support will be provided.

Compensation & Benefits:

For Experienced Property Consultants (2+ Years):

Competitive fixed salary plus commission. 50/50 commission split on deals closed for those who will not go for salary. Additional performance-based incentives and bonuses.

For Freshers or Candidates with Commission-Based Experience:

Commission-based compensation structure (50/50 split on deals closed). Full training and development programs. Mentorship and support from senior team members. Potential for salary-based compensation after successful performance and meeting sales targets.
