Job Summary



As a

Property Consultant

at Vista Corporate Group, you will be responsible for advising clients on buying, selling, and renting properties in the Dubai real estate market. This is a commission-based role with

attractive commission structures

that offer unlimited earning potential based on your performance. You will use your real estate expertise to generate leads, manage client relationships, and close deals, contributing to the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities



Sales & Leasing:

Advise clients on the purchase, sale, or rental of residential and commercial properties in Dubai. Negotiate favorable terms and close deals efficiently.

Market Expertise:

Stay updated with the latest trends in the Dubai real estate market, property values, and local regulations. Provide clients with accurate information to help them make informed decisions.

Lead Generation:

Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, online platforms, and other innovative approaches. Build a strong pipeline of potential clients.

Property Showings & Viewings:

Conduct property viewings for clients, showcasing key features, pricing, and benefits of properties.

Client Relationship Management:

Build long-term relationships with clients, providing personalized guidance and support throughout the buying, selling, or renting process. Ensure customer satisfaction at every stage of the transaction.

Documentation & Legal Compliance:

Assist clients with preparing necessary documentation and contracts. Ensure all transactions comply with Dubai's real estate laws and regulations.

Collaboration & Reporting:

Work closely with the sales team and management to track performance and meet sales targets. Regularly report on market trends, client feedback, and personal sales achievements.

Key Requirements



Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Dubai's real estate market with a proven track record of successful property transactions (sales and/or rentals).

Market Knowledge:

Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market trends, property prices, and legal requirements.

Sales Skills:

Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Experience working in a commission-based sales environment is highly desirable.

Communication Skills:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Russian, French) is a plus.

Customer Service:

Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

RERA Certification:

A valid Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) certification is required.

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable using real estate platforms, CRM software, and digital tools to manage clients and deals.
