Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Property Consultant

to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local property market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Provide guidance and advice on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements. Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals between buyers and sellers. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to generate new business opportunities. Keep up-to-date with real estate laws, market trends, and competitor activity. Prepare and present property listings to potential buyers. Handle contracts, agreements, and relevant documentation. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Property Consultant or similar role in real estate. Strong knowledge of the local real estate market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. Valid UAE driving license (preferred for Dubai-based roles). RERA certification (preferred for Dubai-based roles).
