Role Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential or commercial properties. Provide expert advice on the local property market and assist with property viewings. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service throughout the sales process. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation and client acquisition.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience

: Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred but not required. Freshers with a passion for real estate are also welcome to apply.

Skills

: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Driven

: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow within the real estate industry.

Team Player

: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

RERA Certification

: Must possess or be willing to obtain RERA certification (training and support provided).
