Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify leads through various channels including networking, and online marketing. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences. Conduct property showings and presentations to potential buyers and sellers. Negotiate and close real estate deals, ensuring client satisfaction. Prepare and submit necessary paperwork and documentation for transactions. Stay informed about market trends, property values, and industry regulations. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire buying or selling process.

Requirements:

Sales Experience in any industry/ Freshers can also apply Numerical aptitude Impressive personality with good presentation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and sales abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proven track record in sales (preferred)
