Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a smooth transaction process. Build and maintain a strong database of potential clients and investors. Conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and benefits. Stay updated with market trends, property prices, and legal requirements. Negotiate deals effectively to achieve optimal outcomes for clients. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate sales or a related field. Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities efficiently. Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred). Fluency in English (additional languages like Arabic, Russian, or Chinese are an advantage).
