The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Property Consultant to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for helping clients navigate the vibrant Dubai property market, providing them with expert advice and exceptional service to meet their real estate needs. Our ideal candidate is passionate about real estate, possesses a strong customer service orientation, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai. - Conduct market research and analysis to keep clients informed of the latest trends and opportunities in the property market. - Provide expert advice to clients regarding property values, investment strategies, and local market conditions. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences. - Create property listings and utilize effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and tenants. - Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing the best features of each property to prospective clients. - Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring a smooth transaction process. - Stay updated on legalities related to real estate transactions and advise clients accordingly.



Requirements

Proven experience as a Property Consultant or similar role in the real estate industry. - Strong knowledge of real estate market trends in Dubai and surrounding areas. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders. - High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Strong negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach. - A valid real estate license (if applicable) and familiarity with real estate software and tools. - Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
