Responsibilities:

Source, list, and market properties for sale or rent. Advise sellers/landlords on market conditions, values, and property legislation. Qualify potential buyers/tenants and conduct viewings. Follow up and negotiate offers and contracts. Maintain regular contact with clients to build lasting relationships.
