As a Property Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in navigating the dynamic Dubai real estate landscape--whether buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties. You will be tasked with building strong relationships, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and advising clients on market trends and legal implications.

Requirements

Proven experience in real estate sales, with a minimum of 1 year in the UAE market preferred. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation skills with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction. In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market. Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms. Real estate certification or relevant qualifications is advantageous. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus. Valid UAE driver's license is preferred.
