About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic

Property Consultant

to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys networking, and understands the Dubai real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice on property investments, sales, and rentals. Stay updated on market trends, legal regulations, and emerging property hotspots. Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties through effective negotiation. Maintain an updated portfolio of properties and promote listings through digital marketing and property portals. Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing clients with valuable insights. Ensure all transactions comply with Dubai's real estate laws and RERA regulations.

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate, sales, or a related field (Dubai real estate experience preferred). Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). RERA certification or willingness to obtain it. Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Fluency in English (additional languages like Arabic, Russian, or Chinese are a plus). Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales. UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
