RiseUp Real Estate is currently looking for

Property Consultant

to join our growing team. Someone who has a proven track record of sales would be advantageous, however a candidate who can demonstrate a determination to succeed is more important to us than experience in real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers. Finding, scouting and identifying investors with property consultancy needs. Keeping in touch with clients via calls, WhatsApp and emails. Attending launching ceremonies organized by developers, taking briefing and training from property portal professionals, participating in training sessions organized by our company. Coordinate with the Admin all the listings on portals. Carrying out thorough research and analysis of the real estate and/or property market to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability. Ensure that company standards, protocols and procedures are well implemented. RERA Certification is an advantage.

Property Consultant should flaunt:

1. UAE Driving License

2. Expertise and proven sales/leasing record

3. English speaking skills, and any other language is a plus

4. Neat attire and attractive personality

5. Punctuality and Discipline
