Job Description
We are looking for experienced Property Consultant
Responsibilities
• Guide clients through buying and selling properties
• Build and maintain a network of clients
• Advise on pricing property and market value
• Show buyers properties that meet their needs
• Advise clients on the buying process, legal requirements, and market conditions
• Research local market for value and comparable pricing and negotiate sale on behalf of the client
• Negotiate contracts and close transactions successfully
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
Qualifications
• Proven experience on the same field
• Knowledge of real estate sales process, including local, state, and federal property regulations
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-discipline, result-driven and positive attitude.
