Job Title: Property Consultant

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in Dubai Real Estate Market (Off-Plan Expertise Preferred)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Property Consultant with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate market. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of off-plan properties, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing top-tier real estate solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert real estate advice to clients with a focus on off-plan properties.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and investment opportunities.

- Promote properties through various marketing channels, including digital platforms and networking events.

- Stay updated on Dubai's real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions.

- Guide clients through the entire property buying process, from consultation to closing deals.

- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.

- Attend property launches, networking events, and exhibitions to enhance business opportunities.

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate market with a strong focus on off-plan properties.

- In-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate trends, regulations, and major developers.

- Proven sales track record and ability to achieve targets.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

- Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.

- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools is an advantage.

- UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.

- Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or Hindi are a plus.
