Position Overview:
First Destination Real Estate is seeking enthusiastic and driven Property Consultants to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while offering expert guidance and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs.
• Market and promote properties through listings, online platforms, and personal networks.
• Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the buying, selling, or rental process.
• Negotiate deals to achieve successful transactions and ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay informed about real estate market trends, property values, and local regulations.
• Prepare and manage property documents, contracts, and agreements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Knowledge of UAE real estate market and industry regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• Fluency in English (Arabic and additional languages are an advantage).
