Job Title: Property Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Property Consultant to join our team in Dubai, a global hub for luxury real estate. The ideal candidate will excel in providing clients with expert guidance in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Client Advisory: Assist clients in identifying, buying, selling, or leasing properties that meet their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on the Dubai real estate market, including property trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
• Property Listings: Maintain and update property listings to ensure clients have access to the latest and most relevant options.
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, offering tailored support and guidance throughout the transaction process.
• Negotiation: Act as a mediator between buyers and sellers, facilitating negotiations to achieve favourable outcomes for all parties.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all transactions comply with Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations and company policies, including managing contracts, agreements, and legal paperwork.
• Networking: Develop and expand a professional network of developers, brokers, and other industry professionals to source high-quality properties.
• Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and organize property viewings and open houses.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property consultancy, preferably in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, including RERA laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• RERA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
