We are seeking a dynamic and motivated real estate Property Consultant with 2 years' experience preferred to join our team. The Property Consultant will play a crucial role in connecting clients with suitable real estate properties, facilitating property transactions, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and a passion for helping clients find their dream properties.
As part of Sales team, your responsibilities will be:
• Working in a target driven sales environment to maximize the opportunity of sales.
• This Role is based on commission will be starting from 60%
• Collaborate with clients to understand their property preferences, needs, and budget constraints.
• Source and evaluate potential properties to match clients' requirements.
• Conduct property viewings and tours, showcasing the features and benefits of each property.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the real estate market, property values, and investment opportunities.
• Negotiate and mediate property transactions between buyers and sellers, ensuring fair terms for all parties.
• Advise clients on legal and financial aspects of property transactions, including contracts, mortgage options, and tax implications.
• Keep abreast of market trends, property developments, and competitor activities to provide insightful market analysis.
• Build and maintain a strong network of clients, developers, property owners, and industry professionals.
• Stay current with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure ethical and legal practices.
• Generate leads through marketing efforts, referrals, and networking events.
• Maintain accurate records of property listings, transactions, and client interactions in the database.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Property Broker, Real Estate Agent, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and property values.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Proficiency in using real estate databases and software tools.
• Negotiation skills and attention to detail.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• Valid real estate license in accordance with local regulations (if applicable).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• UAE Driver's License
