Minimum of 2 years in the UAE real estate market is a must.
Professional Appearance: Presentable and confident individuals who make a lasting impression.
Proven Sales Record: A solid history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong Communication Skills: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
Customer-Focused: Dedicated to building long-term client relationships.
Passion for Real Estate: Knowledgeable about Dubai's real estate market, including off-plan and secondary properties.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate tools is preferred.
