Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Property Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of sales executives, and fostering strong client relationships to achieve our sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share for Sobha Realty properties.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the buying process.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with potential buyers, ensuring a smooth closing process while meeting sales targets.
• Brand Promotion: Represent Sobha Realty at Brokerage companies and networking functions to promote the brand and increase visibility.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the brokers to effectively reach the clients and close sales.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
