• Property Listings: Prepare and present property listings, including detailed descriptions and marketing strategies.
• Viewings: Organize and conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Negotiation: Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms.
• Documentation: Assist clients with all necessary paperwork, including contracts and agreements.
• Networking: Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and industry professionals.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying/selling process to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in real estate or a related field.
• Strong understanding of property markets and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using real estate software and tools.
• Valid real estate license (if required in your location).
