Desired Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in the Dubai real estate market (Mandatory).
• Proficient in English, with excellent communication skills. (Mandatory)
• 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Consultant in Real Estate(Mandatory).
• Strong negotiation skills to facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Solid understanding of the sales process and real estate transactions.
• Demonstrated sense of ownership and pride in performance, contributing to the company's success.
• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Additional certifications or training are advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge of market strategies and necessary paperwork.
• Commitment to ensuring company standards, protocols, and procedures are followed by all Sales Consultants.
• High level of trustworthiness and integrity.
• Indians & Pakistanis are preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
