Position: Real Estate Property Consultant
Location: Dubai

Reports To: Manager

Job Overview:

As a Real Estate Property Consultant, you will serve as a key advisor to clients looking to buy, sell, or lease properties. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert guidance on real estate transactions, market trends, and investment opportunities. You will leverage your knowledge and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met throughout the property buying or selling process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their property needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to provide clients with insights on property values, trends, and investment potential.
• Property Listings: Create and manage property listings, including staging, photography, and virtual tours, to enhance marketability.
• Showings and Open Houses: Organize and conduct property showings and open houses for prospective buyers.
• Negotiation: Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
• Documentation: Prepare and review necessary documentation, including purchase agreements, leases, and disclosures.
• Networking: Build and maintain relationships with other real estate professionals, including brokers, mortgage lenders, and property inspectors.
• Client Support: Provide ongoing support and advice to clients during and after transactions, addressing any concerns or questions.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and changes in legislation affecting real estate.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• Licensure: Valid real estate license in [Insert State/Country].
• Experience: Proven experience as a real estate agent or consultant; experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and analytical abilities.
