We are looking for experienced off plan / secondary real estate senior client's mangers to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Actively seek out and engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs.
• Property Listings: Manage and promote property listings, conducting property viewings and open houses.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and pricing in the UAE real estate market.
• Sales Negotiation: Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaboration: Work with the team to develop marketing strategies and improve service offerings.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Valid UAE driver's license and own vehicle are preferred.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• RERA card preferred.
