As we continue to grow, we are now seeking highly motivated and knowledgeable real estate agents to join our team.

Role Description:

• Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences
• Conduct property viewings and provide accurate and detailed information about the properties
• Assist clients in negotiating favorable terms and prices for buying, selling, or renting properties
• Stay up to date with market trends, property values, and competitive landscape
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships
• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals to potential clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the buying or selling process
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Consultant or in a similar sales role
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficient in using real estate CRM software and other relevant tools
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed
• Knowledge of local real estate market and regulations
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent.
• Experienced in off-plan market is a plus.
