Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant located in Dubai. The Property Consultant will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls to clients, providing exceptional customer service, handling transactions, managing client inquiries and feedback, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market in the UAE.

Qualifications

- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Arabic is a plus

- Good understanding of the UAE real estate market, property laws and regulations

- Familiarity with real estate software such as CRM, MLS, and MS Office Suite

- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner

- Attentive to details and good organizational skills

- Proactive and able to work well in a team environment

Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required. Equivalent experience in the real estate industry is also accepted.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
