This is a full-time on-site position for a Property Consultant. The role entails providing consulting services to clients, effective communication with both clients and colleagues, delivering outstanding customer service, and meeting sales targets within the Dubai real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate a diverse client portfolio encompassing both off-plan and secondary market properties through strategic networking, cold calling, and other tailored lead generation methods aligned with the dynamic Dubai real estate landscape.
• Initiate and manage outbound calls to leads, presenting comprehensive information about both off-plan and secondary market properties, addressing inquiries, and tailoring communication to individual client preferences.
• Stay abreast of market trends, emerging developments, and regulatory changes, providing clients with accurate and insightful advice on both off-plan and secondary market properties in Dubai.
• Build and maintain effective communication channels with potential buyers, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and fostering lasting client relationships across various property types.
• Collaborate seamlessly with mortgage lenders, inspectors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions for both off-plan and secondary market property acquisitions.
• Prepare and present detailed information on property listings, guiding clients through the unique aspects of both off-plan and secondary market purchases.
• Track and report on sales performance metrics, focusing on successful conversions and optimizing strategies to navigate the nuances of both off-plan and secondary market dynamics in Dubai.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid Dubai real estate license required.
• Familiarity with Dubai real estate software and CRM tools.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in Dubai real estate or a related field.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals in the unique Dubai market.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working on a commission-only basis.
