Your responsibilities include guiding clients through buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and ensuring seamless transactions. Experience: 3 years experience as a Real Estate Agent Developer in Dubai

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a Property Consultant with 3+ years of successful experience in Dubai
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, including current trends, regulations, and legal processes
• Strong negotiation prowess and exceptional interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Arabic, with excellent communication abilities
• Must possess a valid UAE driving license
• Familiarity with CRM software and other real estate management tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness
• Strong ethical standards and a commitment to professionalism in all dealings
• Proactive approach to generating leads and expanding client base
• Adept at handling documentation and legal requirements related to property transactions in Dubai
• Willingness to stay updated on industry best practices and market changes
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
