Property Sales Consultant
Responsibilities:
• Maintain Client Contact : Provide market advice and resolve issues promptly.
• Deliver Excellent Customer Service : Keep accurate sales records.
• Identify New Property Listings : Secure buyers and negotiate terms.
• Develop Market Knowledge : Attend promotional events.
• Create Content for Listings : Generate necessary permits.
• Understand the Dubai Map : Have knowledge of developer projects.
• Be Comfortable in Front of the Camera : The company will provide facilities and a photographer to assist you in creating and publishing your content on social media.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree : In Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Fluent English
• Effective Communication Skills : Provide clear advice and consultations.
• Negotiation Skills : Achieve the best possible deals for clients.
• Deep Understanding of the Dubai Real Estate Market : Stay updated with new developments.
• Marketing and Promotion Skills : Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies.
Essential Technical Skills:
• CRM Systems : Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Social Media Platforms : Knowledge of how to effectively use social media for marketing.
• Microsoft Office Suite : Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
