- Property Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Property Consultant to join our real estate team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate and possess excellent negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition: Prospect potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.

2. Property Listings: Conduct market research to evaluate properties and ensure accurate listing prices.

3. Client Consultation: Guide clients on property investment options, market trends, and legal requirements.

4. Property Inspections: Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective buyers/tenants.

5. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts terms and handle paperwork (e.g., leases, purchase agreements).

6. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure future business opportunities.

7. Market Analysis: Stay updated with real estate market trends, property values, and legislation.

8. Targets Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Requirements:

- Experience: Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Property Consultant in Dubai.

- Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Suite.

- Language: Fluency in English; Arabic language skills will be an advantage.

- Attitude: Self-motivated with a passion for real estate and a results-driven approach.
