Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Property Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong drive to succeed. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties while providing unparalleled customer service.The relocation to Dubai will be permanent. Please note this is a commission based role.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.

- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about properties to prospective buyers or tenants.

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored property solutions.

- Conduct market research and stay updated on real estate trends to advise clients accurately.

- Negotiate and finalize property transactions, ensuring all legal and financial aspects are handled efficiently.

- Prepare and manage necessary documentation, contracts, and agreements related to property transactions.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethics in all client interactions.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Property Consultant, Real Estate Agent, or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of the real estate market and property management practices.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

- Proficiency in using real estate software and MS Office Suite.
