Job Summary: A Property Consultant is responsible for helping clients buy or sell properties. They provide expert advice on the current market conditions, conduct property evaluations, and guide clients through the buying or selling process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their property needs, preferences, and budget.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of the local real estate market to provide clients with up-to-date information.
• Property Listings: Create and maintain property listings, including writing descriptions, taking photographs, and posting on various platforms.
• Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings for potential buyers.
• Negotiation: Negotiate property prices and terms with buyers and sellers to ensure the best possible deals.
• Documentation: Prepare necessary paperwork, including contracts and closing documents.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying or selling process to ensure client satisfaction.
• Networking: Build and maintain a network of contacts within the real estate industry, including other agents, lenders, and inspectors.
• Compliance: Stay informed about and comply with all local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.
• Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and promote properties.
